Joel Lane Lamar, owner of Lamar Construction in Lexington, had been on Lauderdale County's most wanted list since January. Today, he was arrested on charges of First Degree Theft and Fraudulent Use of a Credit/Debit Card. He's currently in the Lauderdale County Detention Center.
