You may remember Pistol Packin' Bonnie Nell Schean from our article two days ago. Bonnie sometimes uses the name Bonnie Reddington or Bonnie Ballew. Her most recent husband Robert Schean was 13 years Bonnie's senior and passed away five years ago. While most sources stated Bonnie's age as 78, according to credit reports, she's only 77. Let's all remember to wish her a happy birthday next month.
We began to hear that Bonnie was quite the party girl shortly after the news of the shooting broke, and Bonnie's Facebook photos would seem to back that up. Now here's where things get interesting.
According to the TimesDaily, Bonnie had a regular beau, albeit one who lived with another woman. The boyfriend claimed that his roommate of the opposite sex was merely an old friend who needed his help. What else would a gentleman do but give her a home?
Bonnie called her boyfriend over on Monday morning, and they, according to the TD, spent time in her bedroom where she conveniently had a .38. Sometimes these guns are called a "Gloria," but we're in favor of changing that to a "Bonnie."
After becoming more and more upset with her good Samaritan fella, Bonnie shot him, not in the leg as originally reported, but in the "pelvic area." Or as they said in The Front Page, the ol' love basket.
After shooting her Lothario once, she attempted to shoot several other times, once aiming for his head, but Romeo managed to escape and call 911. When last we left Bonnie, she was being held in the Colbert County Jail on 100K bond. As for her erstwhile boyfriend, there's been no public statement on his future ability to father children.
