We're not sure why Addison Faith Hester looks so happy. The 18 year-old Phil Campbell resident was just arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Providing Cigarettes to a Minor. We'll assume those two charges are connected.
Arrested a little after 7:00 last night, Addison remaines in the Franklin County Detention Center as of this morning. Let's hope she gets out soon and looks at some pics of smokers who've been hooked for a decade or so. Wrinkles are no laughing matter.
