Child Rapist John Farley Back in Jail

 

John Roscoe Farley was 21 in 1999 when he was convicted of sodomizing a five year-old girl. He's previously been arrested for violation of the sex offender law, and now the 44 year-old Farley is back in jail.

Farley is currently in the Marion County Jail for failing to keep his registration current. A judge will now decide how much time he serves for the violation. The sex offender looks much worse for wear in his booking photo; perhaps some time behind bars will do him good?
